Lots of rain and possibly storms arrive on Saturday, but Sunday is likely to bring a break from the wet weather

A glance at Environment Canada's public forecast may suggest we are in for day after day of rain starting this weekend. However, I believe, there will be some breaks and possibly some sunshine at times.

Lots of rain and possibly storms arrive on Saturday, but Sunday is likely to bring a break from the wet weather. The rain returns again on Monday, only to end on Tuesday. Finally, more rain is possible late Wednesday into Thursday. So, we will likely bounce around with rain almost every other day for this weekend and next week.

Friday will be mostly sunny as temperatures rise to near 14°C. Clouds and gusty southeast winds arrive in the evening and overnight.

Rain starts early Saturday morning and continues for most of the day. We could see some brief afternoon sun before thunderstorms move into the region for the late afternoon and evening. Gusty southerly winds help push daytime highs to 18°C.

Sunday will be mostly cloudy, with temperatures reaching 14°C in the afternoon. Gusty winds arrive in the evening, followed by more rain overnight.
