Watch for daily maximum temperatures to linger around the 20°C mark until the end of next week when they'll climb again

The hot start to June teased us with a taste of what's to come in the summer months ahead. It may feel a little cooler in the days ahead, but really, we are returning to temperatures more typical for the start of June. Watch for daily maximum temperatures to linger around the 20°C mark until the end of next week when they'll climb again.

Mostly cloudy skies will follow scattered early morning rain and storms on Friday as temperatures only reach 20°C. We might see some brief sunshine this evening.

Saturday will be partly cloudy, with the risk of an afternoon shower(possibly some thunder) and daytime highs near 21°C.

A mix of sun and cloud arrives on Sunday, but a cool northwest wind will keep temperatures near 19°C. Most of the sunshine will likely be in the afternoon and evening. The sunny skies continue into Monday with seasonal temperatures.
