Weather puts early end to leaf and yard waste collection

The City’s Waste Management division would like to advise residents that due to weather conditions, Nov. 8, 2019 will be the final day of curbside leaf and yard waste collection. 

If residents deliver their leaf and yard waste only to the City’s landfill located at 402 Fifth Line East, applicable charges will be waived for the next two weeks. Gate fees shall apply if customers have mixed loads.

Waste Management thanks residents for their understanding and looks forward to returning the leaf and yard waste program in the spring.
