Watermain repair to close Queen Street East

The PUC would like to advise the public of a traffic restriction on Queen Street East. This traffic restriction is in place to facilitate the repair of a broken watermain.

PUC crews have been dispatched and are working to repair the break.

During the repair process, the section of Queen Street East in between Shannon Road and Drake Street will be closed to traffic in both directions while crews conduct repairs.

This road closure is necessary to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.

We regret any inconvenience this interruption may cause, and wish to thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
