Water main break leaves some folks on Second Line East without water this morning

Drivers in the area should be prepared for traffic flow restrictions as crews work to repair the water main

Sault Ste. Marie PUC says it has a crew on scene repairing a broken water main on Second Line East in the area between Old Garden River Road and Great Northern Road.

Customers in that area are going to be without running water until repairs are completed and traffic flow may be restricted in the area to ensure the safety of repair crews as well as the travelling public.

The water interruption was reported at 10 a.m. and PUC has not given an estimated time that water flow will be restored.
