VIDEO: Aussie family amazed by visiting bears

The Winder family are visitors from Down Under where you may run across kangaroos and koalas. In Sault Ste. Marie you may encounter black bears romping through forests and backyards.

Beck Winder sent in this video of a mother bruin and her cubs that stopped by her home. It may have been the same trio which paid a visit to someone's yard last week.

“We are an Australian family living in Sault Ste Marie for a year,” Winder wrote.

“Last night we had some special visitors come to our yard, a mumma bear and her two little cubs. This encounter was amazing (from the safety of our house). We were hoping to see bears in the wild, but never dreamed of seeing them in our yard. Canada is a very beautiful place and this experience is one that we will remember forever.”
