************************* Police warn residents not to touch suspicious bottles

ELLIOT LAKE, ON – Elliot Lake OPP have been responding to calls involving homemade explosive devices on area beaches.

The suspects are using glass and plastic bottles to make homemade bombs which are then being placed in open areas and beaches.

The devices are strong enough to cause serious injury to an adult or small child.

Police want to advise the public that if you locate a suspicious container to contact police immediately and DO not pick it up or move the container.
