Sault Ste. Marie Police Service located 72-year-old Louis Theodore Belleau around 8:45 a.m. today.
They issued a missing-person advisory for Belleau last night, after the elder was last seen in the area of Sault Area Hospital at 4 p.m. yesterday.
Mr. Belleau, a Native American, does not walk well and requires the assistance of a walker or cane.
He frequents downtown locations, including the Station Mall and has been known to hitchhike out of town.
He sometimes walks with the assistance of shopping carts.
On Saturday, City Police issued a similar alert after Mr. Belleau walked away from his Cathcart Street apartment.
Police thank the public for their assistance in locating him this morning.
