Uh-oh! -- more secret memos, E-mails surface

Just when you thought you'd figured out who to vote for in the November 10 municipal election, there's a whole new batch of leaked memos, E-mails, etc. from City Hall.

SooToday.com has come into possession of some truly fascinating documents, all of them highly revealing of the personalities involved but never before seen by the public.

We're currently digesting the stuff and hope to start posting it sometime on Wednesday.
