Tyler takes the car, it doesn't end well

**************************** On Sunday August 14th members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 22-year-old male for drive over 80 mgs and take auto without consent.

It is alleged that the accused was operating a motor vehicle on Maki Rd. when he was involved in a single motor vehicle collision.

The Sault Ste. Marie Fire and Police Services were called to the scene as a result of the vehicle catching fire.

Upon police arrival it was determined that the accused was operating the vehicle and that his ability to operate a motor vehicle was impaired by alcohol.

It is further alleged that the accused had taken the motor vehicle without the consent of the owner.

Tyler Dunn, age 22 of 56 Manilla Terr., is charged with one count of drive over 80 mgs and one count of take auto without consent.

Mr. Dunn is to appear in court on September 19th at 9:00 am.
