Two vehicles stolen

Three males were arrested overnight and charged with theft over $5,000.00 and possession of stolen property.

It is alleged that they stole a vehicle from a downtown area parking lot.

The vehicle was later located by the OPP in Aweres Township.

22-year-old Paul Archibald of 150 Trout Lake Rd. and 22-year-old Bradley Bruce of 247 Gloucester St. will be appearing in Provincial Court on January 14, 2013.

24-year-old Cameron McDonald of 773 McAllen St. will be appearing in Bail Court later today.

In an unrelated matter, a 1995 Green Jeep Cherokee with Ontario Licence BHLR 712 was reported stolen from a Northern Ave. apartment complex.

The owner believes the vehicle was stolen sometime in the evening of December 11 until the time she reported it to City Police on the 12th of December at 8 p.m.
