Two facing multiple charges after Elliot Lake drug bust

************************* Warrant executed nets several charges for local residents ELLIOT LAKE, ON - On April 15, 2009, at approximately 1:17 p.m., the East Algoma OPP and the OPP Joint Forces Drug executed a warrant on a residence on Brunswick Walk in Elliot Lake.

Stolen property and drugs were recovered from the residence.

Charged with following is Raymond Michael O'Connell (42) of Elliot Lake:

- Breach of probation (two counts)

- Fail to comply with undertaking (two counts)

- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000

- Possession of cocaine - Possession for the purpose: under 3kg

- Possession of cannabis: over 30 grams.

O'Connell remains in custody awaiting a bail hearing.

Also charged with the following is Heidi Amanda Zeidler (23) of Elliot Lake:

- Breach of probation (two counts)

- Possession for the purpose: under 3kg

- Possession of cannabis: over 30 grams.

Zeidler is scheduled to appear in Elliot Lake court on June 2, 2009.
