On the13th of June 2014 at 8:15 p.m. City Police attended at a single Motor Vehicle Collision at McNabb Street and Campbell Avenue, a vehicle hit a hydro pole.
Officers noted that the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
As a result of the investigation 33-year-old Jeffrey Syrette of Frontenac Street was arrested and charged with Care and Control while ability impaired and over .80.
He will appear in court on July 14.
On the 14th of June 2014 at 2:20 a.m. City Police observed a possible impaired driver on Second Line West.
The vehicle had no headlights on and was weaving side to side crossing two lanes at a time.
Officers noted that the driver appeared to be under the influence of alcohol.
As a result of the investigation 33-year-old Robyn Eshkibok of Old Garden River Road was arrested and charged with over .80.
She will appear in Court on July 14.
