Sault Ste. Marie Fire Services spent about 90 minutes at this fire last night next door to the Shady Pines Motel on Trunk Road. Firefighters report that an old cabin or storage shed was destroyed. It was unoccupied and had no windows or doors.

Firefighters report that an old cabin or storage shed was destroyed. It was unoccupied and had no windows or doors.

There are no hydrants in that area, but firefighters were able to put the flames down with tanker water.

Firefighters were called to the scene around 7 p.m.
