NEWS RELEASE

On December 2nd at approximately 7:45 p.m., police responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision in the area of Wallace Terrace and Spadina Avenue.
Upon arrival officers found a truck overturned in a ditch.
The driver of the truck was identified as 26 year old Kristin Stewart of 2321 base line in Sault Ste. Marie.
It is alleged that she was exhibiting signs of being impaired by alcohol and she was arrested and taken to the police station for breath tests.
She was subsequently charged with impaired driving and consuming over the legal limit and will be appearing in court on January 7th.
