Trevor Diboll accused of trespassing by night

************************* At approximately 3:30 a.m. this morning, members of the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service arrested a 30-year-old male for trespassing by night.

It is alleged that the accused male was inside a shed at a residence in the 400 block of Fourth Line West.

It is further alleged that the accused was in possession of keys to a stolen vehicle.

The accused was also arrested on two warrants for failing to appear for court and theft.

Trevor Diboll, age 30, of 130 Albert Street West, is charged with one count of trespass by night, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of failing to appear for court.

The accused was located with the assistance of the Sault Ste Marie Police Service Canine Unit.
