CBC News is reporting that a Toronto man is dead after being shot with a crossbow outside a public library in the city's east end.
The incident took place today at approximately 4:30 p.m.
Police officers observed a male suspect flee the scene in a U-Haul truck which was later located in Scarborough.
The driver of the vehicle is currently in police custody.
