A quantity of tools was stolen from the Possamai Construction gravel pit at 1183 Old Goulais Bay Road.

************************* Break and enter A residence in the 100 block of Boston Avenue was entered. It is unknown what was stolen.

************************* Young female to appear in bail court

Last night, City Police were called to a West End group home regarding a young female assaulting staff members and causing damage.

It is alleged that the accused, a 15-year-old female, threw a cordless phone at a staff member and later assaulted a staff member.

It is further alleged that the accused caused damage to a wall at the group home and damaged a vehicle.

The accused is charged with one count of assault, one count of assault with a weapon, two counts of mischief and one count of breach of probation.
