************************* Twenty-four-year-old Ryan Elliott of 1004 Wellington Street East was arrested on the 18th of December at 4:20 p.m. at the Station Mall and charged with one count of possession of property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that the accused was wanted after he had attended at a local pawn shop on the 10th of December and pawned a stolen cordless 18-volt Dewalt drill, with the charger and also a Skill saw.

He is to appear in court on the 19th of January, 2009.
