Three guys go to Sussex Road. Stuff gets broken

At approximately 11:20 pm, a disturbance was reported at a residence in the 300 block of Sussex Road.

Three persons unknown to the homeowners came onto the property and started a verbal confrontation that rapidly escalated.

As a result Shawn Wilson, age 27, of 97 Crawford Street was charged with one count of assault and 36 year old James Meilleur of 40 Hynes Street was charged with two counts of assault and two counts of mischief regarding a broken window in the house and a broken windshield of a truck belonging to the homeowner.

Both males will be appearing in WASH (Weekend and Statutory Holiday Court) this morning. No criminal charges were laid against the third individual.
