Thomas Alfred Agawa, 20, of no fixed abode is facing charges of theft and breach of probation after an assortment of munchies were taken from the Gore Street Mac's Mart.

Police say that on April 1 of this year, Agawa went to the store and stole some juice, chips and a bag of beef jerky.

Last night, they say he returned and stole some ice cream.

Agawa showed signs of intoxication when he was picked up overnight.

He was charged with two counts of theft and two counts of breach of probation.

The terms of his probation required him to refrain from consumption of alcohol.

Agawa was expected to make a video court appearance this morning.
