************************* 42-year-old Cheryl Ann Hernden of 125 Lansdowne Avenue will appear in court on April 20 charged with uttering a forged document.

It is alleged she forged a prescription for Endocet and had it filled unlawfully.

She has also been charged with possession of a narcotic.

************************* Break and enter

- City Police officers attended at a residence in the 300 block of First Avenue yesterday with regards to a break and enter. Nothing was reported taken.

************************* Thefts

- A motor vehicle was entered in the 100 block of Great Northern Road yesterday and it is reported that a portable GPS was taken.

- A cab was parked in the 600 block of Pine Street yesterday and someone stole the keys to the vehicle as well as an iPod nano.
