Adam Dyck and Emily Green were the first customers tonight as Pita Pit opened at its new location at 659-661 Queen Street, across the street from Smokey's BBQ Pit, nestled between the Duke of Windsor and Mary's Lunch.

The new location offers a large outdoor courtyard and petitas, smaller and cheaper versions of its popular regular-sized pitas.

Hours are 10 a.m. to midnight on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10 a.m. to 3 a.m. on Wednesdays and Thursdays, 10 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Fridays, 11 a.m. to 4 a.m. on Saturdays and noon to midnight on Sundays.
