************************* Male arrested for mischief and assault

Last night at approximately 10 p.m., City Police arrested 29-year-old Andrew Chikoski of 155 Glasgow Avenue on a charge of mischief and a charge of assault.

It is alleged that on March 15 the accused attended at an address on John Street and while there damaged a screen door.

It is further alleged that when the owner of the residence advised the accused to leave he assaulted her.

The victim suffered minor injuries that did not require medical attention.

The accused will be appearing in court on April 19 at 9 a.m.

************************ Break and enter

- An attempted break-and-enter was reported to a residence in the 100 block of Ruth Street.

- A garage in the 300 block of Gilles Street was entered – unknown what was taken.

- A residence in the 100 block of Fourth Line West was entered – unknown what was taken.

- A residence in the 200 block of Alexandra Street was entered - electronics were stolen.

************************ Mischief

A residence in the 300 block of McGregor Avenue was egged last night.

- A tent was damaged in the 100 block of Foster Drive.

- Vehicles were damaged in the 200 block of Queen Street East and the 300 block of Bay Street.

************************ Theft

Vehicles were entered in the following locations:

- The 100 block of Queen Street East. - The 500 block of Queen Street East. - The 100 block of LaSalle Court.

- The 100 block of Coulson Avenue.

- The 100 block of Robin Street. Taken were DVDs, purses, wallets, cash and personal identification. Bicycles were reported stolen from the 100 block of Borron Avenue and the 400 block of Pine Street.
