************************* Female apprehended by homeowners for going through vehicles

Thirty-year-old Celine Gagne of #12-102 Breton Road was arrested on the 9th of July at 3:21 a.m. on Norden Crescent and charged with one count of theft under $5,000 and one count of breach of probation.

It is alleged that at around 3:18 a.m. this morning, City Police received a call from a resident on Norden Crescent who was holding a female for going through their vehicle.

Officers attended and discovered that the female had [allegedly] stolen some change from the vehicle and arrested her.

At the time of the incident the accused was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
