Thessalon man arrested for meeting little friend in the Sault

Twenty-three-year-old Justin Hiltz of 100 Missisauga Drive in Thessalon has been charged by Sault Ste. Marie City Police with breaching a release order that prohibited him from being in the company of any person under the age of 16 without adult supervision.

Police accuse Hiltz of breaching the order between September 1 and November 9 at a public park in the Sault's West End.

He'll make a video court appearance today.

In an unrelated matter, Cody Marshall, 19, of 10 Dawson Road in Sault Ste. Marie was picked up by City Police at 3:45 a.m. today on Wellington Street East.

Marshall is charged with breaching release orders that imposed a curfew on him and prohibited him from consuming alcohol.
