Winner of 15 Canadian Country Music Awards, Michelle Wright, sparkled on stage at the Steelback Centre Saturday night much to the delight of the 1,100 Saultites in attendance.

Her performance came to Sault Ste. Marie thanks to sponsorship from OLG as part of the 45th annual Winter Carnival Bon Soo.

Since releasing her first album in 1988, the Chatham, Ontario-born country singer has relocated to Nashville and continues to record, perform and garner acclaim and respect from fans and peers alike.
