The view from Tom Dodds' window

Sault Ste. Marie MP Carmen Provenzano and Jorge Mitre from Algoma Tubes cut the ribbon last week to officially open the new FedNor International Business Centre on the sixth floor of the Roberta Bondar Building.

The centre is headed by Tom Dodds (shown), formerly of the local Community Development Corp. office.

It's intended to serve as "a focal point for the development, and/or implementation of strategies, programs, information, and services to support the access to international markets in Northern Ontario."

Here at SooToday.com, we've often admired the view from the upper floors at the Bondar building.

So we thought the enquiring minds of our readers might be interested in what Tom sees from the windows in his really nice corner office.

Now, we know this unorthodox approach is bound to infuriate the analog-retentive linear thinkers among us, so we've included some pretty shots of the ribbon-cutting and dignitaries, in an attempt to keep everyone happy.
