Paddling Film Festival screens at Sault College in the multi media centre starting at 7 p.m. Tickets are $11.

Maple Syrup Festival presented by the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 374 in Richards Landing features all-you-can-eat pancakes and St. Joseph Island maple syrup from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults, $7 for seniors, and $4 for children aged 10 and under.

Run/Walk for Haiti begins at 9 a.m. in The Pub at Algoma's Water Tower Inn. Registration begins at 8:15 a.m.

The Kiwanis Club of Sault Ste. Marie hosts an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1100 Fifth Line East. For more information, call Sue at (705) 942-3480.
