A pump track is a short track with berms and small rollers spaced so you can "pump" from one to the next without pedalling.
It's a roller coaster for bicycles.
A pump track will improve strength and skills.
Pumping works your entire body.
Most riders run out of gas on their third lap.
Never before has a total-body workout been so fun - or easy! This is Sault Ste. Marie's first and only pump track, one of the hottest trends in cycling.
Memberships are $50/year or $10 day.
Our Dirt Jam Action competitions will begin May 16 at 6:30 pm.
