************************* Speeding results in charge

BLIND RIVER, ON - On January 8, 2011, at 3:20 a.m. officers observed a vehicle westbound on Causley Street in Blind River.

The vehicle appeared to be speeding as it exited Blind River.

Officers stopped the vehicle and discovered the driver had been drinking.

Charged with being over 80 mgs contrary to section 253(b) of the Criminal Code is 27-year-old Terri-Lynn Kuula of Serpent River First Nation.

Kuula is scheduled to appear in Blind River court on February 3, 2011.
