The Korah Branch Library is moving

The Sault Ste. Marie Public Library is pleased to announce the Korah Branch Library, located at 496 Second Line West, will be closing officially on Tuesday, August 28 to facilitate its move to its new location just around the corner in the new West End Community Centre at 556 Goulais Avenue.

The Korah Branch will re-open its doors on Friday, September 7 at 1 p.m. in its new location.

While the Korah Branch will be closed for the move, both the Main Library located at 50 East Street and the Churchill Branch Library located at 301 Lake Street will be open regular hours for you to return your books when they are due and find new books to read, movies to watch and more.

For patrons who usually pick up their holds at the Korah Branch Library, your holds will be available for pick up at the Main Library on 50 East Street until Thursday, September 6.

Please note any overdue fines resulting from the Korah Branch Library closure will be waived as the situation dictates.

We are looking forward to meeting your reading, viewing and listening needs at the Korah Branch Library in the new West End Community Centre.
