A Michigan Soo high school student died as the result of a crash on Seymour Street yesterday afternoon.
TV 9 & 10 News reports that the deceased is Kelsey Raffaele.
A brief item in today’s Evening News indicates that Michigan Soo police will likely issue a formal news release tomorrow. A prosecutor was reviewing the police report today.
