************************* A 15-year-old male young person was arrested at the Sault Ste. Marie Police Services building yesterday at 9:35 a.m. and charged with breaching a condition of his release order.

It is alleged that the accused had breached a condition of his undertaking by failing to comply with an imposed curfew to remain in his place of residence daily from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.

The curfew was imposed on the 26th of August 2009 subsequent to his release on charges of possession of stolen property and mischief over five thousand dollars.

At that time the accused was a passenger in a stolen vehicle and had done extensive damage to the Sir James Dunn High School football field and an outbuilding.

He was released on the current charge with a court date of the February 2.
