Tazer catches a whiff of Chris and Tyler and Jayme

NEWS RELEASE

************************* The following three males will appear in bail court this morning:

- 18-year-old Chris Seaton of 364 Albert Street West was arrested and charged with one count of theft over $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation.

- 20-year-old Tyler Seaton of 364 Albert Street West was arrested and charged with one count of theft over $5,000, two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime, and one count of breach of probation.

- 21-year-old Jayme Bellerose of 327 Cathcart Street was arrested and charged with one count theft over $5,000 and two counts of possession of stolen property obtained by crime.

It is alleged that that on the 28th of March around 9 p.m. the three above accused stole a Chrysler PT Cruiser from a residence on Albert Street West.

City police were called and patrol officers located the stolen vehicle abandoned in the rear parking of the New Marconi Restaurant.

The canine unit assisted in tracking the suspects and all three males were located just after 10 p.m. at the corner of Huron Street and Cathcart Street.

Chris Seaton and Tyler Seaton were both bound by a probation order to keep the peace and be of good behaviour at the time of the incident.
