************************* Forty-one-year-old Tammy Moore of 352 Cathcart Street was charged on the 15th of June at 8:37 p.m. at Wal-Mart with one count of theft under $5,000.

It is alleged that on the 15th of June around 7 p.m., the accused attended at the store and attempted to leave the store with a RCA 32-inch LCD television.

She was apprehended by store security and held for police.

She is to appear in court on the 20th of July.

************************** Theft reports

- Vehicles were entered on Palace Drive and Chapple Avenue. Items reported stolen included an ownership and insurance card, a steering wheel cover and some change.

- A Canon digital camera was reported stolen out of a purse at a local downtown bar.

************************** Mischief report

On the 14th of June, a vehicle parked in the parking lot at the John Rhodes Community Centre during the RCMP Musical Ride was keyed.
