Cause

Equipment failure - clearance to replaced failed switch

Description of area involved

Queen Street, Dacey to Boundary, Queen Street to Birchwood, Denwood to Kerr, Queen to Glenwood, Kerr to Dacey

Power has been restored to all customers.
