************************* Impaired driving arrest

Fifty-one-year-old Suzanne Desjardins of #134 Highway 532 in Searchmount was arrested on the 8th of May at 10:15 p.m. at Canada Customs on Huron Street and charged with one count of consuming over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 8th of May the accused was stopped and checked at customs and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.

She was given a roadside screening device test and registered a fail.

She is to appear in court on the 7th of June.
