Suspect arrested in West End home invasion

************************* In the early morning hours of Tuesday, March 15, the Sault Ste. Marie Police Service received a call to attend at a west end residence regarding a home invasion.

As a result of police investigation a male person believed to have been involved in the break-in was arrested at a residence in the 100 block of Wellington St W.

The investigation is still on-going.

Further details will be released when the investigation is complete.

The identity of the male arrested will be released in tomorrow’s news release.

This incident necessitated the road closure on Wellington St W earlier today.

The Sault Ste Marie Police Service wants to thank the public and the news media for their co-operation and assistance in this matter.
