************************* Twenty-nine-year-old James Purcell of no fixed address was arrested on the 13th of November at 12:17 p.m. at a downtown location and charged with one count of break, enter and commit, one count of possession of property obtained by crime and one count of breach of probation.

It is alleged that on the 6th of November around 9:30 p.m., the accused broke into a residence in the 100 block of Wellington Street West and stole a large-screen Toshiba TV, a PlayStation 3 and two guitars for Guitar Hero.

Officers investigating the incident located the stolen property later that evening at a centrally located residence that the accused brought the property to.

It is further alleged that the accused was making attempts to sell some of the stolen items.

At the time of the incident he was on probation with conditions to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.
