Stitches From The Heart Quilt Guild displays its talent this weekend

Billed as a good Mother’s Day treat, the Stitches From The Heart Quilt Guild is holding its Mother's Garden Quilt Show from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at the Tarentorus Sports Club on Avery Road.

The weekend event includes a judged quilt show, a boutique with fabric bundles, an interactive sewing room and silent auction.

Tickets are available at the event for only $5 each with $2,000 in door prizes available to be won including a full-size quilt valued at $1,500.
