Steven Gasparotto accused of drinking and driving

************************* Forty-six-year-old Steven Gasparotto of 49 Pardee Avenue was arrested on the 21st of June just after midnight on Wellington Street East and charged with one count of consume over the legal limit.

It is alleged that on the 21st of June around midnight the accused was stopped and checked during a RIDE program checkpoint, was given a roadside screening breath test and failed.

He subsequently failed the breath tests at the station.

He is to appear in court on the 28th of July.
