Steve & Martin charged after Pine Street punch-up

********************** 26-year-old Steven Nicholson of 203-751 Pine Street will appear in bail court this morning along with 26-year-old Martin Vine of 9-864 Queen Street East.

It is alleged that just before 9 p.m. last night the two accused persons broke into an address in the 700 block of Pine Street and assaulted a male known to them by punching him.

It is further alleged that Mr. Nicholson threatened to kill the victim.

Both accused persons were on probation at the time of the incident.

Steven Nicholson has been charged with one count of assault, one count of break and enter and commit an offence, one count of threatening to cause death or bodily harm and one count of breach of probation.

Martin Vine has been charged with one count of break and enter and commit an offence, one count of assault and one count of breach of probation.
