Stephen charged with impaired

On July 15, 2014 at 7:46 p.m., police received a call from a motorist who advised that a possible impaired driver was in the area of Cunningham Road and Brien Avenue.

Patrol officers located the impaired driver parked in the middle of Brien Avenue.

The driver, Stephen Connor, age 66 of Fifth Avenue, was arrested and charged with Impaired Driving and Driving over .08.

He will appear in court on July 16.
