A man and woman visiting the Sault from Saint-Jérôme Quebec are facing criminal charges after a Saturday-morning altercation in a residence on Albion Street.

Police say it happened just after 3:15 a.m.

The man, 32-year-old Jason Levesque, is facing three counts of assult, one of break and enter, and one of assault with a weapon, a steel pipe. The woman, 33-year-old Line Morel is accused of break and enter, three counts of assault and one of mischief involving a damaged taillight on a truck.

No serious injuries were reported.

The two will appear in video court today.
