************************* Forty-seven-year-old Douglas Beardy of 39 Northern Avenue (downstairs) was arrested on the 18th of December at 1:47 p.m. at Zellers at the Station Mall and charged with one count of theft under $5,000.
It is alleged that on the 18th of December at 1:10 p.m., the accused attended at the store and stole some clothing and toothpaste.
He was apprehended by store security and held for police.
He is to appear in court on the 19th of January.
