St. Vincent Place has received some help from a pair of local businesses during a time of increased need for donations.

With an increased need for donations of late, St. Vincent Place has received some help.

A pair of local businesses have teamed up to help the cause as Catherine's Hairstyling and PDQ Signs are on board.

Throughout July, Catherine's Hairstyling on Bruce Street will be accepting donations of non-perishable food items.

Items can be dropped off Tuesday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Wednesday and Thursday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m., Friday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., and Saturday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.

St. Vincent Place's weekly summer drive-thru food drive also kicks off today.

Every Tuesday in July and August, donations can be made at St. Vincent Place between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. by pulling up to the main doors on Albert Street where volunteers will come out and collect the donations.
