******************** City Police received a number of reports over the weekend regarding mischief to several downtown businesses.

The following businesses were spray-painted: Head to Toe Salon, Zenone's, Creations, June and Friends and Art Gabriel's Mens Wear.

If you know who is responsible for this act of mischief, call City Police at 949-6300.

If you wish to remain anonymous but report this crime, call Crime Stoppers at 942-7867.

If your call leads to an arrest you could receive a cash reward of up to $2,000.

******************* (Blind River, Ont.) - Early Sunday morning at approximately 3 a.m. a report of spray-painting profanity on a building and sidewalk was reported to East Algoma OPP.

Police responded and observed the scrollwork.

They also located other prose located on the doors of the Court House in Blind River.

Investigation has led police to two young female persons.

A 13-year-old and a 14–year-old female have been identified as being responsible and will be responsible for removing the "chalk paint" in lieu of charges.
