************************* Male charged after causing a disturbance at the Soup Kitchen

Forty-two-year-old Robert Nadeau of 17 Wallace Terrace (#1 upstairs) was arrested on the 4th of September at 11:25 a.m. and charged with one count of being unlawfully in a dwelling house, one count of fail to leave premises when directed and one count of enter premises when entry prohibited.

It is alleged that on the 4th of September at 11:15 a.m., the accused attended at the Soup Kitchen and was asked to leave after causing a disturbance.

The accused refused to leave and police were called to remove him.

They attended, removed him and warned him not to return back in the area.

A short while later, officers received a call from a homeowner in the same area after they [allegedly] found the accused inside their home.

The accused attempted to flee on foot but was quickly apprehended by officers.

He is to appear in court on the 19th of October.
