Nagora, a mother of five, is now $175 richer after coming in first place in the V-Rod category at the 19th annual Harley Owners Group (HOG) Rally, underway this weekend in Sault Ste. Marie.

Nagora's winning 2003 V-Rod Harley Davidson is only four years old, but she's no stranger when it comes to biking.

For the past 23 years, Nagora has been tearing up pavement on various bikes.

Riding in from Pembroke Ontario, she's a member of the Renfrew County Chapter.

Nagora has spent the last three weeks touring around Ontario, stopping in Timmins and then London for the Canadian National Rally, finally finishing in the Sault.

"I love the road," Nagora says. "My bike rides like a dream."

"It's like a freedom you can't imagine unless you ride. It's very rare. It's an awesome feeling."

Nagora already has an idea of where her prize money will end up.

"I might have to treat my kids to some Harley stuff. I have two birthdays for my children coming up."

Meanwhile, the OPP Golden Helmet Precision Ride team was in town today for the HOG rally.
